********** account at Jet

A ********** Jet account was opened in my name in March 2019. I did not know about this account as the information was not mine. I’m not sure how this happened as I have never lost my Id nor have I replaced it. I thought when you open an account your information is verified and you have to produce certain documents ie 3 month bank statement, proof of address, payslip and ID. I found out about this ********** account when vim called me on 15 June 2019. Rude bunch of people. It’s also amazing that they have my number now however did not have it when the account was opened. I went to Jet east rand mall on Saturday 22 June 2019 and submitted all the required documents and completed a dispute form. I have not heard back from them. In the mean time by keeps calling me to tell me I must call Jet or go there for I’m still on the list to get blacklisted. Who should fit this bill of calling and running up and down to malls. How are accounts opened in this day and age. How is this also my problem. I have done what they asked now I must still incur cost for their negligence and incompetence!!!!
