I had an account with Jet years ago which was paid up and closed in instore. I was advised at jet west street that the account was successfully paid. Today checking my credit score to find another account was opened in 2017 September and funny enough i was in hospital pregnant with my twins! I went to Jet a lady that was helping picked up my closed account and the new account which I explained I definitely did not open. I cannot do anything as this ********** account still exists under my name. Can this please be sorted out i have been patient enough and i want to sort out my credit SCORE. I submitted what was asked of me and I see years later its still not fixed!!!
