Have been struggling for weeks to get the document of an account that was **********ly opened in my name. For some reason the person who supposedly app**** for the account can not ask to see "their own" documentation.
The more I phone, the more I get sent in a circle to phone the next person.
How am I supposed to open an ID Theft case if I am not allowed to see the documents?
