<p>Upon account opening I have informed Poftia Masipa that I only want the JET account however she added 7 funeral policies without my permission. I am furious because I thought I'm paying only the accounts balance, JET should reverse the payments made to the policies and pay it towards my outstanding balance as this was ***** which I have never agreed to
We have escalated the complaint to the Jet Rosettenville mall management to address as our valued customer is not happy that financial services were enrolled on your account without your consent .
