***** ON MY JET CARD

someone just purchased clothes with my account that I have just paid up and its in a process of being closed, they have purchased clothes of 9 000 at Edgars store, I was told that my card is blocked when I call the call center I am surprised how did they use a blocked card to buy clothes.
