***** on my Jet account

I am so disappointed in the service I've been receiving from Jet clothing store recently. I made a full payment on the 2nd of July 2020 but to my surprise, I received an SMS saying my account has a balance. I went to Jet Jabulani mall to enquire about the amount reflecting on my account but they said they will send me a recording confirming that I agreed on the cell c contract that is reflecting on the account. I was told to give them a week period time as their system is not working. Is never received any recording from them but instead never ending calls.
