***** matter on my Account

At around 11:51a.m. I received an sms from Jet account stating that i made a purchase at foschini retail shop, i purchased goods amounting to R2054. 99,there was a balance on that account. Within seconds another sms came through, saying i made a purchase at foschini retail. The was a number that i should call if i have any queries regarding those sales. I did call that number it's a jet collections dept. I spoke to a lady by the name of Nolitha, who wasn't much of any help to me. She promised to call me after 5.p.m yesterday till now. The second call I made to Jet collections dept, i was attended by someone else and i related what just occurred and the smses i just received.

Guess what, i wasn't helped as they couldn't locate where those purchases were made. They couldn't even check if my account was used **********ly. I am still waiting for someone from their ***** dept to give me a call, as they hung up on me yesterday when i tried to call them. Why is there technology if these retail stores can't even locate ********** using our accounts *******ly.

I am so disappointed in Jet stores and its team. Bear in mind this won't be the first time my clothing account is being used **********ly. I am under self isolation as we speak nd it frustrates me.
