i received an sms about receiving R1500.00 credit for Jet when opening an account. on 14/09/2019 by my surprise i went to the shop to inquiry about it. i was told i already have an account....i honestly never open an account. they called customer service and the lady dropped the phone in my ear without even answering my questions... i would like to know when did i open the account....how was it oped without my bank statements and who was responsible for capturing the data...the manager was called and she plainly said she doesnt know how to solve this because it shows this was opened in august last year..

please investigate this and give me feedback..i will however consulate my lawyers cause this pure nonsense..
