I hereby lay a complaint against Jet Head Offices. I just received my monthly statement and it has Financial Services i do not know about. They have added 5 Financial products to the amount of R367.08 on my account without informing or consulting with me. According to Fais legislation, this is ***** as i have never signed any contract or agreed to anything telephonically. <br> <br> Im really upset by what they have done and i know that im not the only customer they have done this to. There are laws and regulations to protect clients from ********** like you. I have had this account from 2003 and my accounts are always up to date. <br> <br> What i need Jet Stores to do for me is to give me the signed contract or the recording that prove that there was a legal agreement in place. I also want this matter investigated into and i want feedback. <br> <br> Hello Peter, kindly assist me in making sure that all these Financial products are cancelled and the person responsible for this will be dealt with accordingly and finally to ensure that this kind of a behaviour does not happen to anyone ever again.<br>
