***** Cellphone accounts

On the 2nd of February 2018. I found out that I have 3 ***** accounts opened up using my I'D number and my first name and surname. All the other details where incorrect. First I went to Cell C store in West Street Durban and I lady there was very helpful. But she advised me to go to Jet Mart Stores in West Street where two cellphone contract accounts where opened. A gentleman by SiLeno at store under cell c contracts attended to me but was very rude on doing so. He refused to give me documents to open up a case @ the police station. To cut a long story short. Went to the police station to open up a case and was told to come with relevent documents. Went back to Jet Mart Stores on 3rd and Andile attended to me She was rude as well. No manager was on duty according to her. Next day spoke to Manager on the line and heasy was just arrogant and rude as well. Finally Cell C head office in Umhlanga is trying to help but Jet is not making the process any easy cOz my documents are with the same Jet that refused to help me. According to Cell C head office my ***** documents are missing. Please help me I've even lost weight from this stress.
