I am very very ****ed with the Service I’m getting from jet.I am having an account with jet and they added the club card without my concerned and they also added a funeral policy without my authorisation.I am paying my account monthly and my balance is not decreasing because of all this additional club and funeral policy and i have been calling and calling for the cancellations of all this product that I never took but till today it’s not cancelled..please assist with cancelling all this policy and club and refund me all the amount of the funeral and club fees that I have been paying all along and fix my outstanding balance according to all my monthly instalments..thank you
