I had an account with jet which i requested for it to be blocked so i can pay it up.a year after i went to the store and i explainrd that i lost my card and i wanted to unblock my account since it was paid up. I was told that they had no replacement cards since they are merging with tfg. I asked to cancel my account since i also have an account with totalsport unfortunately they were offline at store. This year jetsvsends me statements that i have an outstanding balance...that i have policies in arrears.i dont remember requesyin or agreeing to the policies. Im being harrased by calls saying my account is in arrears.i feel depressed and ******. Can someone assist me in exposing these ******.
