Hi i recently received a call / texts from JET Mart inquiring about a credit on a **** account created by staff members of JET Tembisa Plaza. To add to this dilemma I am unemployed male who has never opened any account whatsoever at this store hence that would need a 3 month payslip by my knowledge. The staff negligence has left me utterly disgusted when just yesterday i went to the store with an affidavit & my ID to prove my dilemma as when i called Head office that was what was required from me. The staff members ganged up on me i quote one lady even said " you are angry because you didn't get a share from this ********** ****" ; i was told anybody can open up an account as long as they have my ID ,How neglective of them to say such & actually go ahead to process such as i was told " we sometimes don't check the paperwork correctly" As stressed as i am they put more salt to my wounds by saying such because i am a young kid. The staff forcefully took the affidavit & copy of my ID ,when i inquired why they said they need to keep record of it. Why couldn't they just send it via email or scan i asked with no success to a response i was told to go & call Head Office & make another affidavit then send it via email. This ********** **** is going too far no one is helping me with info on how to solve this matter & i want to know who is the culprit who authorized my account & prove of signatures that prove when & where i opened the account. I will never ever ever not in a trillion situations drive to or enter that Hell hole of a store.
