Fradulent account

The following policies were opened **********ly by someone from Jet/edcon who claims to have called me:<br> Edgars legal plan,Dental insurance,Hospital cash back,Family provider plan,Jet funeral plan plus,Pers accident insurance.<br> Which I never signed off on all of which amount to R157 and billed me for 7 months.<br> When I called Jet financial services call center in September they told me they would remove the policies and look for the recording because according to them the financial adviser called me over the phone and I approved in Feb and that I should wait 3 weeks for feedback of weeks for feedback of which if they do not have proof they will do a reversal and give me back my money.<br> I gave it 4 weeks and called them again in October, when I called they told me they had not found the recording and are still investigating then made hold for 30mins of which I eventually hung up, following that I then called them again the following week and asked to speak to the manager and they told me the manager is busy and that he/she would call me within 2 days with an answer from them ,to this day I am still waiting for her phone call,instead they keep calling me requesting me to pay.
