Foschini Retail Group Jet store's treatment to customer's.

Bought 2x T-shirts @ jet store only to find out that they don't fit me well since they small cuts. 07/10 I went to Jabulani mall Jet store to get a refund only to be given an attitude by one of the Till's operator who was available saying they offline he only deals with cash not things which are system related. Today I decided to go to Maponya mall Jet store again to treated like a *****ster when I was supposed to be refunded. Nkululeko whom was assiting resorted to asking a manger or so if I can get a refund from a card payment if I don't have the physical card present. So manager by the name of Phyllis came through saying policies have been updated a needed the card for a refund. Which I later managed to obtain in order for them to proceed with a refund , from 12:37 till now I'm still waiting on that transaction which the lady boss gave me a slip on and assured me it had been refunded.
