FORCING PRODUCTS ONTO CUSTOMERS/MINIMUM PURCHASE

I am writing this complaint with a heavy heart for those who are unable to do the same. I went to a jet store in Polokwane in market street wanting to open an account. At first I went to the one inside Limpopo mall and I got turned away they said I should go to another store for the account. They didn't tell me the reason. Now when I went to the one in market street they opened an account for me without explaining to me that it's a must for me to take the funeral plans accident plans hospital cover and lost card protection. I asked the assistant why he didn't tell me all those things in the first place n now he was celebrating with the other One that he will be paid 11 rand times 4, because he managed to sell me the extras. Now the worst came when it was time to activate my card after chatting for several minutes amongst the staff. the so called authorizer finally told me she can't activate for me if I only buy 2 items. I should buy for R500 then she can activate. I said to her how come because the other guy who opened my account told me that even if I take a chocolate only its fine. Why r u telling me to make an unplanned purchase worth R500 its not right. I told them that I will
