Forced activation of starterpacks, and forced airtime before allowed to buy a cellphone

Tried to buy 3 cellphones yesterday, only to be told not only did I had to activate multiple starter packs for each phone, 6 in total seeing that all 3 were duel sim phones, but I had to buy airtime for each sim card as well.

Wasnt interested to hear in anything I had to say, and kept pointing to store policy. Its a pathetic reason on your part, If I need a starter pack, I will ASK for it. Forcing me to buy and activate a starter pack that I dont need, much less want, and wanting to force me to buy airtime for each forced starter pack is NOT what the RICA act is about, and has EVERYTHING to do with whatever kickbacks you get from the networks for every starter pack activated and airtime sold.
