Flawed security systems. *****!

I have received a call from Jet saying I owe them approximately R4200. I explained to the lady and said I don't have any store account as i was repeatedly declined. My last attempt was in 2017 at Jet Pretoria Church street. She went on saying i need to complete a dispute form and submit with an affidavit that my ID was lost.

I recently went to Greenstone Mall in Edenvale and the lady who was supposed to assist me told me I don't qualify for an account and quickly dismissed me. I then called another jet store a lady confirmed the account .

1. How do you verify your Identification when one opens account? 2. How do you allow strangers to utilise someone's store card?

Your some of staff has bad attitude and do not work with due diligence. I am now suffering because of your flawed security systems of which you are aware of.

I would appreciate a reference number and a solid feedback on what to do. I cannot go on like this.
