Firstly you deserve no stars as last month I wanted to close off my account settlement amount was provided when I went to pay at the branch I couldn't pay the whole balance I had to pay it in portions.i ended up paying the outstanding amount via bash. Now I got the statement advising I'm owing R280 why? I sent the query to customer service i got the mail advising that the matter is resolved but now paid up letter.This is not the last platform I will be reporting this i am going to ombudsman.
