FINRITE BECAME USELESS SINCE NO CLAIM IS DONE IN STORE ANYMORE

2 weeks ago i submitted my cellphone insurance claim at jets ive been calling them almost every day , on tuesday the 1th Nov i was called and given options i then chose which phone i wanted and the lady said it takes 2 to 3 working days for delivery yesterday the 19th was day 3 already i then called to find out when my phone will be delivered the guy said it takes 4 days. i called now again and i get told someone will call me and give me options to chose from and it will take about 7 working days for delivery theres no notes on the system that i chose a phone already . im so angry because from the start ive been tellin them that i work from home and i need my phone in order to log onto my laptop this is a big inconvenience i never miss a payment my claim was approved i paid the access immediately and 2 weeks later still no phone. i need my new phone ASAP this is a big inconvenience to .. very angry at this point in time
