Financial services nd policies added

Good day <br> <br> I opened an account at jet stores a few months ago and i signed all the necessary documents in order for me to get the account the consultant that assisted me did not advice me on policies being added on to my account out of desperation and being happy i just signed to get it over and done with today i get a sms that my account is being handed over to dept collectors i rushed to my nearest jet stores to pay my account i get there and i get i have funeral policies and other financial services i than cancelled the stuff cause i don't need them and will never use them they than cancel it and its advice that i still need to pay for the funeral policies and the other financial services i am happy to pay my account but i can not pay extra services that i did not use its advice that they can not reverse or refund me is that how our money is being taken from us buy paying stuff you cancelled and do not want i paid R600 on my account all I'm asking is for ed-con to remove that extra amount for the added services cause I'm not going to pay it and i dont want to be blacklisted for nonsense i was not interested in and nonsense i cancelled .
