Feel like a hostage of Jet subscription, Just cannot cancel and spent a lot on airtime

I have spent almost a week trying to cancel my legal plan, which I have been paying but cannot use without a policy number, My option now is it join another legal plan while held with excuses and agents who forward me to a number that is always busy without even ringing for a second.
