Faulty Product

I bought a kettle at Jetmart at evaton plaza last year November The kettle has a one year guarantee and after 2 months of using it kept tripping our main switch... i took it back and was given another one. after another two months of using this new kettle it trips the main switch again...today i went to jetmart to take it back i was told i needed to pay R50 as the kettle had gone up by R50. <br> <br> I bought this kettle for R399 and its not my fault its a keeps breaking. Now your store at evaton plaza they declined to give me a new kettle because i didnt want to pay the R50.<br> <br> I would like to be refunded my money back please
