Faulsly advised

Yoh! I bought this stupid mobile device for my daughter at jet in the Glen. This damn lady who helped us advised that this device is better then the mobicel even. This phone has been nothing but a problem since we got the phone and mind you they even make you sign a disclaimer that you cannot return the ****ed up device clearly because they know they sell ****! This phone is hardly 2 months but it has such endless problems. We literally just cannot make use of the device it is so ****ing slow like to the extent that littrally it is just bull****. I am on such a tip of anger I am willing to go the store and just go off at this stupid woman in charge of the device sales but clearly has no ****ing proper advice regarding the devices I believe that the mobicel would not ****en even freeze for a second because I am a customer of that brand but this **** I am beyond my daughter doesn't even want to look at this piece of ****. According to the Consumer rights I believe I deserve an exchange or a damn refund!
