Fantastic service

I must say im very pleased with the way jet Miychells plain handled my complaint. The manager Amy( i truly hope i got her name correct) was very attentive and helpful especially organising a convinient time fot me and her to meet as my time is very limited and could only meet her after my prenatal visit, she was understanding with my condition amd even made arrangements for me to meet one of her supervisor's should she not be available. Getting to the store the attendant was very pleasant and helpful and i finally met the wonderful woman i have been speaking to on the phone dealing with my heater issue. What started as a bad situation ended up as being a very pleasant and great experience, i would recomend the store to anyone as ive been a loyal customer and would remain so.
