Fantastic attitude and great customer service

I was in the store yesterday to exchange some clothing. The store was packed and there were long queues with only 3 cashiers. When I got to the front there were a few issues with bar codes and so on, but Julia was friendly, relaxed, and efficient, keeping the stress levels down to a minimum despite being under pressure.<br> <br> Julia is a great example of how a customer facing person should deal with customers. please give her a raise!
