False marketing

Went to Jet on Denlyn mall to get my little brother a phone....they are advertising this phone on the windows and inside of a store. Then we approach the counter only to be told they never had and the is a shortage of Samsung products. So I asked her why would you advertise it with big BOLD pictures, she said "sorry" I feel it's crazy to market something you don't have in store? And she said she was a manager and I was hoping for for to say since we don't have it let me try Silverton to see if they might have it... that's customer service and she will h showing she is a manager clearly you guys don't need my money and you are selling false marketing...I am really not impressed by your company and the lack of service from this store...I need a resolution.
