false advertising

On the 25 of January 2016 I visited the jet mart in dobsonville and realised they had a grab a save special offers for R 99 seeing the stock on the shelves I quickly went to withdraw money to come buy and as I went to the storeto buy they told me the stock there was not the ones on special so I asked for management and explain what was happening but even he was no use as he refused to sell me the item at what it's priced and according to the consumer protection act you get it at what it's advertised now what happened yesterday Was inappropriate business practice and I am not satisfied with the outcome of the situation mind you I will also raise this matter with the appropriate consumer protection act department meant I have pictures to show for what happened it's unfortunate I can't attach them here
