FALSE ADVERTI*****T ON R9.99 SHIRTS
<p>I was with a few other frustrated customers in front of the store before they even opened, but immediately doors opened and we entered, we were told the R9.99 shirts are sold out. To who? When? Then Penny the store manager cells head office when we asked to be connected and came back saying we can take the R79.99 shirts for the R9.99 special, but then she refused us to pay saying she meant the R17.99 shirts and that special was only for size 5 - 6! The add never said that. We wasted our time and droves early for thus bargain that never existed! </p> <p>WHY MAKE SUCH FALLS AND MISLEADING ADVERTI*****T NATIONALLY????</p>
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, kindly be advised that as per the terms and conditions of the promotion it was while stocks lasted and only 5-6 years school shirts were going for R9.99 and as the sizes went up the prices also differed accordingly. We sincerely apologize that you were in store early and there was already no stock of the shirts as only selected stores had the whole stock of the shirts.
