Faith restored at Jet Eastgate

After years of battling to use my fully paid up existing account with Jet I eventually decided to go to Jet Eastgate where I was assisted by a very competent, friendly & professional Khanyisile Makhanya.

Jet Southgate, Jet The Glen & Jet Mall of the South either had no cards or had system problems. They all took my details for when cards would arrive & I am still waiting for a call years later.

Khanyisile Makhanya truly deserves the recognition & accolade as a well deserving employee of Jet. She also experienced system problems but persevered & tried a variety of methods until she had success. She has truly restored my faith in my well loved store.
