Failure to deliver service I was looking for

I have received an sms stating that I can now use my Exact card to purchase at Jet stores. It didn't say selected Jet stores. So today I went to Jet Chuma mall where I took my precious time to do my shopping. I selected the products that I wanted and I went to the till to pay. At my surprise when I wanted to make payments I was told by the cashier that my card is not accepted because their systems are not updated. If only I knew that I would have never waisted my time in that shop
