Extreme bad service from store and your call center agents

Someone ********** open account using my details, I have sent every documents they want from me. But they vvm keep on nagging me, even I spoke to edcon ***** department that they must stop calling me, bt they still calling me. On 17 July 2019 I spoke to sibusiso from complaint department, he took my contact numbers and give vvm debtors without my permission. How long does it take to finish investigation and close this matter and the stupid vvm consultants to stop calling me.
