Expired diapers

On 10/10/15 I bought pampers diapers by your vangate mall store. I noticed my son developed a rash and I thought that it could be becuase he was teething and I never had a problem using pamperds. The rash got worst half way through the bag and I switched diapers brand. Last night my friend came over and I wanted to give her the half bag full only to discover that the diapers had already expired. I am utterly disgusted that you selling dead stock to your customers on special. I would like to know how I can get in contact with senior management so that I can send them the proof and I would also like to know how you will be compensate me as a customer. My son's bottom is still not healed and I have consulted with my attorneys to find out what legal action can be taken. All stored have a return policy with their suppliers is this not what your policy is?????
