BAFANA KHUMALO for the excellent service he provided me today and last month . Mr. Khumalo helped me process my mobile claim after it was ****** and today helped me with a new card after my Legit card was destroyed and have been turned down by Jetmart employees. I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your branch. However Mr Khumalo's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended.
