Excellent Service from Seipati Jet Home in Eastgate

I would like to recognize Seipati at Jet Home, Eastgate, for the wonderful service she provided during my visit on 2 October. The store was quite busy that day, and after initially being directed to another consultant, I was referred to Seipati for assistance with my transaction, which involved a newly opened account and vouchers. From the moment I approached her, Seipati was warm, friendly and welcoming. She greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable straight away. I had quite a few things to sort out, and the process required some time and patience, but she remained incredibly helpful and patient throughout. She never made me feel rushed or as though I was inconveniencing her. What I appreciated most was her attitude. Despite the busy store environment and the additional assistance I needed, she remained pleasant and willing to help, making the entire experience much more enjoyable. Although I'm a little late in sharing this feedback, I didn't want to miss the opportunity to acknowledge her excellent service. Thank you, Seipati, for your kindness, patience and welcoming nature.
