eGift Card SMS Deleted

hope you are well.

I am writing to request assistance regarding an electronic eGift card that I purchased. Unfortunately, the SMS containing the eGift details was mistakenly deleted, and I am now unable to access the card.

I contacted the call centre but did not receive any assistance.

Please note the purchase details below:

Transaction Number: SR*** Amount: R1000 Store: Jet Tsakane Mall Date of Purchase: 25 March 2026

I would like to know if it is possible to retrieve or reissue the eGift card using the transaction details provided. I am concerned that I may lose the value of the card.

Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
