Edcon poor service delivery

I'm very disappointed in the service I'm getting from Edcon and Jet store. I've been struggling to get my card replaced for the past week. I went to the store four times to try get this done and at first kept getting told different stories. Their card linking system is constantly offline, then I got told I needed to change my surname from my ****en to married surname. I sent through all the required documents to their head office and my surname was changed after that whole process I've been getting told that their system is offline for three consecutive days. I'm not getting any joy from calling edcon cause they keep placing me on hold, hanging the phone up on me and they didn't even have the decency to call me back after making me hold for 20 mins when I was enquiring about why its such a hassle for me to get my card replaced.
