Double payment for goods
I purchased items in the jet store early morning at Clearwater mall and two purchases went off my account. The first on they told me would reverse into my account after 24hours but never did since last week friday on black friday.I went back on saturday to give them my statement and they said they would log a call with IT then give me a call to advise of next steps but never did. The funds are still reserved fir the purchase twice on my account and I need this rectified asap
