Double payment

Hi. I made a double payment on my account, i paid R500 on the 26 via absa online banking forgetting that i created a stop order to pay on the 27th of every month. I sent several emails and no one is getting back to me, yesterday i went to jet in sebokeng thabong shopping center they tried to help but to my surprise the only payment that was showing on their system was the 27th payment only. i had my bank statement as proof of payment but still they couldn't help. Mr or Miss/Mrs Ndlovu was assigned to assist me but he or she failed to communicate with me, I need a refund ASAP. <br> <br> ACC NR: ***
