Dont look down on other people because of selfish peoples mistakes.

Bought a shorts at jet store in Ennerdale the shorts did not fit when to change it after 3 days and was told it was washed. I do understand that there is people that where the clothing and takes it back to the shop but it doesn't mean every body does that. And the more im telling Candice the manager that the shorts was not worn or washed the more she telling me she goes for training and she can feel it was washed . but im asking myself if i washed it was i not gonna iron it for it to be perfect? Im very upset that she told me to my face it was washed when i was being honest with her and she was going on and on and being sarcastic about in. People complain about her but i had a problem before and i do understand that there are customers thats does not. But you can never put everyone under that one shade that's very unfair . i would like apology from her since she was Mrs Jet store showing people she can be rude and run the shop at its best .
