Doesn't update at credit bureaus

Edcon (Jet)you play with people's life's! it has been 2years trying to get you to remove me from the credit bureaus and update my information, i have settled my debt with you, i tried calling,emailing and i have also submitted all the required documents why is your account still appearing on my profile? Sort this out!
