Does Jet know how to close accounts?

I have sent numerous email to Jet / Edcon to have my account closed including policies / Club accounts and everything linked. I started sending the requests in Aug 2020 after I have settled my account. Blake keeps contacting me, month on month with outstanding funds, due to the fact that this is still not done. Every time I need to pay and then they will close, but this does not happen. I no longer know what I am suppose to do to have this account closed and is at the end of my rope. I have settled the account, I sent the request, but still I owe money month on month and all the Blake call centre tells me is that I need to settle the account.

Does anyone actually understand the process to have anything closed as the emails sent doesn't even get any responses. Such pathetic service. All email send to the various email addresses (***; ***; '***'; 'Edg****nquiries' <edg*******>) available on request
