Do not ever use Jet online service. Absolute terrible service.

Do not waste your time to use the Jet Online service. I placed an online order for R1200 and my account was deducted. When I called I was given 3 different delivery dates on 3 occasions. I wasted 3 leave days because the order was never delivered. Now when I called again, they cannot tell me the status of my order and I was told that it seems to be a warehouse issue and that I might have to replace the order but my account was already deducted with R1200. Nobody can help me now as they dont know whats going on. Looks like I will never get this order but will have to pay for it. Absolute aweful service Jet. Disgusted.
