Distusting attitude

I went shopping for a basic t today at Jet Rosebank. I walked in the shop attracted by the sale sign but wondering why is it that they are having a 75% off sale but there is so few clients inside ( Now i know why)<br> I walked around looking for an item I like, finally got one item code ***1. i got to the counter to pay the cashier tells me the item isn't on the system, she asks someone if she can sell it, the person who i assume is a supervisor casually like i aint no thing says no and just continues with whatever he was doing, the lady says i will have to come back because they cant sell it to me. In disbelief i walk away, i go back a minute later to ask when i can come back, the same gentleman with no care in the world about me as a customer says he doesn't know. I said i wanted it and i asked why are items on the floor if they are not on the system and even after they saw that this item cant be sold, it remains on the floor his answer was \there are many items on the floor that are not on the system"flabbergasted!!! the facial expression he is give me at that time is appalling. with job losses on the rise u would think edcon staff would give better service! sies!
