Dissipointment and no reply on Facebook

Good Day, I bought a shoe/sandle at Jet and did not see that the one sandle was broken. When wanting to wear it on 27th Dec, the one shoe was knotted to keep it in tact. I do not have the slip. Really dissipointed, this was at Jet Mall of the North Polokwane I don't knw what to do
