Dissatisfied and unhappy customer

Good morning,first and foremost I have never been this exhaausted dealing with any company especially in the customer service. I had a terrible experience with Jet. I l was retrenched in 2018 and send them all documents needed to process my protection plan to date no luck and now I was told that I have to deal with RCS which has handed me over, ever since then I have been harassed rude people from customer service even after I've done agreement with Jet. what I hate is every time I request statement that shows that protection plan has paid I don't get. I will never recommend any one buy at Jet/Edcon stores they reap peoples money with this protection plan. I very disappointed in the way my case was handled. my name is Snowy Mosia contact ***
