Dissatisfactio

Im writing with frustration,on behalf of my father who is a pensioner and has an account with jet.

He last used hes acc in 2022 march,he has been payinf since the till to date.we went to the store in Daveyton to find out why the amount owing is not going down and we were told someone opened insurance policies for car and phone without my father knowing and that person cancelled all those policies last year November while my father was in hospital fighting for his life,and the same person made a purchase in December yet my father has the card and Didn't buy anything. Bad service.The amount he was owing in 2022 is same amount the amount he owes now even though he was paying all along.

I called your call center and was told to email affidavit,card a d ID copy to *** but email comes back saying address not found
