Dissapointed

Hi there i have a Jet store account which has been overpaid by R 515.16 which i now have to struggle to get back from Jet but no one had the decency to let me know the account is paid in full. I have been struggling since June 2020 to get this money back. I am quite disgusted with the service i have received from Jet stores and the Management who are to date not able to assist with my refund. I need this money paid back ASAP.
