Dissapointed

My sister went to Jet in Randburg Square on the 28th and paid her monthly R150 and only realized when she got home that they took R1500.00 instead because she was in a hurry when the transaction was done.

On the 29th she went bank and showed them the mistake and requested they kindly reverse it and they asked for bank statement and a "sworn" letter which she did and promised to reverse it in 7 days.

9 days later she went again and they said they never received the documents yet she has prove the documents were sent and she was told to wait another 7 days.

I find this infuriating as it is a set back on her financial being.
