Dissafactions with Jet account

DO NOT OPEN A JET CLOTHING ACCOUNT IT IS A ****! Am only made aware in 2019 that i have been paying a mobile contract subscription fee since 2017 in November, when i ask Edcon agents what this was am told its for downloading music, another one said its for airtime. When i asked for a recording since they said i agreed over a recorded line Gideon Makopane said i need to access the recording via a jet store, absolutely ridiculous , they refused to refund me because they have a recording, whats hard now in sending proof.

I need this mobile subscription cancelled and i want my money back for all these years
